These terms govern engagements with InfraXpert and should be read alongside individual Statements of Work.
Engagement Scope
Statements of Work outline deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Any changes require mutual written approval.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Liability & Warranty
InfraXpert provides services on a best-effort basis and limits liability to direct damages outlined in the agreement.
